The Fitness and Fashion duo are back and even sexier than before, thanks to Athleta. This month we will be featuring the Athleta Spring 2016 collection and showing you our favorite TRX combo exercises.
We are having our #MarchMadnesschallenge this month and wanted to spice things up a bit by showing you how to have some fun while you’re at it.
Each move will be put out on social media every Monday this month. So make sure you’re following us!
1. TRX Muscle-Ups: This move is an upper body killer. It works your shoulders, triceps, back and core. It is a hard move to master and can be modified if you bend your knees as you lean back. Try 3 sets of 15 reps.
2. TRX Pistol Squat to Curtsy Lunge: This combo exercise is a butt blaster. Really focusing on your butt and thighs. Try 3 sets 10 reps on each leg
3.TRX Chest Press to Knee Tuck: Another great combo move that will really challenge your core and balance while working on your upper body. Body parts worked are chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. Try 3 sets of 12 reps alternating knees.
4. TRX Ab Roll out with Runners Lunge: This combination is a mix of toning and flexibility. The move is core focused but also stretches out the quads and hip flexors as you step forward. Try 3 sets of 10 reps on each leg, alternating legs as you step forward.
