Summer Body Training

The Dynamic duo is back and we are getting our summer bodies ready with this crazy full body workout. We have done TRX, we have done Surfset, and now we are combining the two for an epic total body workout that will have your body crying tears of joy.              Monday Motivation from Lorna Jane

Los Angeles Stylist Alison Deyette and I are demonstrating some of Sandbox Fitness’ most popular moves from our exclusive Tidal Turbulence class. This is a one of a kind workout that you wont find anywhere else but Sandbox Fitness. Make sure to check the schedule and book your class in advance because this one fills up fast.

Knee tucks: TRX Knee Tucks are amazing for your lower abs. Try them on an unstable surface for an even greater challenge and you will be bikini ready in no time. Try 3 Sets of 12 reps for a flat belly.

Tricep extensions: TRX tricep extensions will build your triceps and get rid of those flabby arms. Say goodbye to wings and say hello to your new triceps. Warning! Your arms will be sore for days from these (good sore). Try 3 Sets of 10 reps.

Hamstring Rollouts:  TRX hamstring rollouts will work the entire posterior side of your legs. Make sure you flex your feet and keep your butt raised as high as possible when extending your legs. Try 3 Sets of 10 reps.

Sprinters lunge: if you want to work on your balance and body control try this exercise. This move not only works your glutes, quads and hamstrings, but also works your core. Try 3 Sets of 10 reps on each leg.
